17:52 PST - The Master Control Program has assimilated another program: Welcome [McP]Jypsy to McP! On another note, our 2 month stint on the OGL Open Counter-Strike is over. We climbed from #652 to #4 during this period. At this time, we have decided to concentrate on the Stronger.org CS ladder (cs.stronger.org) as there is precious little left to accomplish on OGL. -evermore |

03:34 PST - Wanted to welcome another McP to the mix.. orUnge has been schooling us in ra3 and cs on the gamegrid servers. Sup man!!! beatdown in da house?!?! On sad note, I am sorry to say that uFace has left McP for other ventures, not happy with the way things were going around here. I wholeheartedly see his points, and I'm sorry to see him leave. Gunna miss ya around here bud, and of course your always welcome around. Well, last night we won our Counter Strike match against EO, and if there is one thing worse than a cheating clan, its a clan that cheats and then accuses US for cheating!! What f00kin balls do these guys have? An email from pheer_phaktor sums it up in my view: First, let me start by saying "WTF?!".
Second, I want to say that I thought we played well...
what little playing there was. Those guys were a
bunch of losers who accused us of cheating all the
time, then use one little sound as an excuse to shoot
through walls with precision and then claim they don't
cheat? How about when the guy was trying to shoot
Drunk through the floor? I don't mind random shots
through walls that clip you but they weren't missing a
whole lot.
Third, I hope we don't run to more immature clans like
this in OGL. This was the first match I was available
for and I was not impressed by how they behaved.
Maybe it's good we didn't play on our server, because
that would just give then something else to whine
about. Also, I wouldn't want them to contaminate the
server.
Fourth, I was in the tunnel with orUnge. I KNOW we
could both see those idiots claiming we were
wallhacking. Don't they realize their
guns/arms/whatever stick out BEFORE they can see us?
Maybe they need a quick lesson in trigonometry:
If a tree 5 feet wide is 5 feet in front of you, how
much field of vision does it block? Ans. 53.1
degrees.
If the same tree is 20 feet in front of you, how much
field of vision does it block? Ans. 14.3 degrees.
We were at the far end of the hall so we had a better
angle for seeing them than they did for us.
Anyway, I had to vent... see you all in IRC.
